SoNo Athletic Club is a core strength and conditioning facility promoting physical competence in recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

The SoNo Athletic Club program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We use the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, those who have not been trained in years, as well as athlete preparing for their respective national championships. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs. The needs of the Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, but not by kind.

Our program delivers a fitness that is by design - broad, general, and inclusive. Our speciality is not specializing. By offering programs that span CrossFit, Yoga, Cycling, POSE Running, Rowing, Weighlifting, Gymnastics, Kettlebell Training, and Barre, all supervised by certified instructors. We provide the physical challenges to keep your workouts multiple, diverse, and randomized.

We offer training for anyone interested in fitness as it relates to living. Allow yourself to experience workouts that blend functional concepts into seamless exercise routines. These programs have changed the definition of fitness for Military, Law Enforcement, and elite athletic programs. More importantly, high school students, weekend warriors, and people of all ages and skills are beginning to understand that fitness is the key to super wellness.

While we readily admit our style of training is hard work, and it may not be for everyone, we challenge you to discover new levels of your own potential.
